What can I expect on my first visit?
Please plan to arrive at the office approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to finalized new patient registration. Please bring your insurance card(s), and if your coverage requires a co-payment, please be prepared to pay at the time of service. The visit with your urologist will begin with a review of your medical history and the reason for your visit, including any current symptoms you may be experiencing.Am I covered by my insurance?
Urology Associates of Cape Cod is contracted with most insurance companies. However, we are not part of every health insurance plan. It is important that you check to determine if our physicians are contracted with your specific insurance plan. While we see all patients, there may be more cost to you if we are not part of your insurance plan.
